As the Founder and CEO of LT Global Practice Management, Lucine Aghajanyan is an award-winning global business operations strategist and consultant with an established two-decade track record driving qualitative growth transformations for businesses across multiple industries. She specializes in guiding law firm firms through the transition from ‘hundreds of thousands to millions’ in annual revenues in under one year. She is also fluent in multiple languages and has in-depth experience designing and deploying enterprise software solutions.

Lucine brings a uniquely talented A-list team to the table as well as a philosophy rooted in accountability and implemented through tangible results-oriented methodologies. While she regularly works with businesses in diverse industries, including Fortune 500 corporations, rapidly growing early-stage start-ups, and smaller mature businesses hoping to pivot back into a primary growth phase, her background is in the legal practice industry, where she also brings in-depth experience in industry-specific IT tools and resources catering to legal practice businesses.

After completing early post-secondary education abroad, Lucine emigrated to the United States. Despite her immigrant status and relative lack of resources, she was able to win a scholarship to SMU’s Dedman School of Law, which ranks among the top 60 law schools in the country, where she graduated with a Master’s Degree (LLM) in International and Comparative Law in 2004.
